1. Who we are

The data controller is COMEDIA INTERACTIVE SRL, fiscal code (CUI) RO34359921, Trade Registry no. J40/4417/2015, registered office at Str. Zeletin nr. 1, Sector 1, București, Romania (“Comedia”, “we”). For any question about your data, reach us through the site’s contact page.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form: name, company, email address, indicative budget (optional) and your message. We use them solely to answer your inquiry — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Media kit form: name, email address and company. We use them to deliver the media kit and, at most once, for a follow-up related to your request — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters and we do not do email marketing.

Technical server logs (IP address, request date and time), kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Form data reaches the sales team’s email addresses and an internal lead log stored on our hosting server. The hosting provider acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.

4. How long we keep data

Form data: up to 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted. If your inquiry leads to a contract, data related to the commercial relationship is kept according to statutory archiving obligations.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, reach us through the contact page — we reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.
